Silicon Capacitors: Capacitance ranging from 4.7pF to 6800µF with tolerances as tight as ±5%. These capacitors exhibit very low temperature coefficient (TCC) around ±50 ppm/°C. They also have a very low ESR. Thin film capacitors are great for RFID applications.
