Thin Film Resistors

Resistors: OnChip offers a wide range of resistors (4.7-Ohms to 50-MegOhms) offering absolute tolerance as low as 0.1% and ratio matching as tight as ±0.02%. Also, these resistors can be manufactured with very low temperature coefficient (TCR) of < 25 ppm/ oC. Since these resistors are manufactured using thin film technology they are inherently very stable over the life of the device.
